Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

I like this method, flavors were good. Something different from the usual stir fry and used ingredients I had on hand. I may decrease amount of oil next time a little. Served over rice. (I had no dry basil so I used Tarragon and a little fresh basil and it was a fine substitute)

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Also gave 5 stars so people would try, but like many others I did not use taco seasoning. I used chili powder, sugar, and kosher salt. My whole family LOVED them, even the 3 year old, said "yummy mommy!". Thanks for the cooking method and recipe.

Clam Sauce with Linguine

We loved this! My husband had never had clam sauce and he was a fan. From reading all of the reviews I thought this would be really runny, but found it to be perfect. I had even bought bread to "sop" up the liquid but it was not even runny enough for that, it was perfect! I fully expected to use flour after reading the reviews but did not. I did add a little wine and I think it is key to chop the whole bunch of parsley and throw in another handful when it is done, really adds color and freshness. I also put about a 1/4 cup of the pasta liquid in to thicken it a bit. I served on fancy plates and my hubby said it was like going out to eat, it only cost about 7.50 for the whole meal including my french bread!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Use a bit more chicken and cut up small. Use a little more cheese and make sure you grate it fresh as it is 100 times better that way. Only one can plus a little of the 2nd can of chicken broth. Be sure to blend 1/3 of the beans till thick like hummus. Serve with green onions, sour cream and cornbread. So good, this is now my go to recipe and I've been looking for a while. Thanks for sharing.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

I did this exactly as it said but it came out with not quite enough flavor for us and a little dry. I did grate the zucchini the night before and stored it in the fridge so maybe they lost moisture and that is why...I would add some more spices next time. My guests loved it though so I may try again with freshly grated zucchini.

Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

This exceeded our expectations. My father said it was "the best roast he ever had!". So tender for 45 minutes! The only think I did outside the recipe is to use 2 gravy packets instead of one. We made gravy with the drippings that was to die for! Thanks for sharing this recipe and now I love my pressure cooker, can't wait to try more things in it.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I actually hate green beans. I'm 30 and this is the FIRST dish I have ever liked green beans, it's that good! Here are a few changes I made...Used fresh snap green beans that I steamed/boiled for 10 min in Chicken broth. I did saute the onions in the butter first before adding the flour,sugar and salt to it. I mixed 1 and a 1/2 cups of cheese in with the mixture and not on top. I mixed half a cup of french fried onions in with the mixture and crushed the rest with the butter crackers on top with the melted butter. YUM! Was a hit!!!

Ricotta Cookies II

I like these cookies because they had a different texture and were not too sweet. I did not have sprinkles so I dusted powdered sugar over the tops. Also, I used part-skim ricotta and they turned out just fine. This makes A LOT of cookies!

Banana Loaf Cake I

I am very happy with this banana bread. I used 4 bananas and added a splash of milk to them when I mashed them because mine were not very ripe. I also added walnuts and a dash of cinnamon. I used to make my mom's recipe with shortening and many more ingredients which was always moist on top and dry on the bottom. This one is moist from top to bottom, not just on top. I will make again and again and next time I will add a few spices to jazz it up. Thanks for the great recipe! My husband raved.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

I was not expecting my dish to be the hit at Thanksgiving last night. I got so many compliments on these. It is very sweet so many ate it in place of dessert. I used half the nuts because they are so expensive right now and it was still great!
