Sweet Potato Rolls

Followed recipe as written except that I used freshly baked sweet potatoes and used the bread machine to make dough. These are the best rolls I've made! Beautiful texture, color and delicious:) Make now, bake later: Make the dough and form the rolls placing them on the baking pan. Put the pan into the freezer and when frozen, put the frozen dough balls into a ziplock bag and then put them back into the freezer (they won't stick to each other) When you want a couple of rolls for dinner, take the dough rolls from freezer and place on cookie sheet. Put the pan inside a clear plastic bag until they have thawed and then risen about double in size and bake as per recipe.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This is an excellent recipe - delicious and super easy to make. I made it (first time)for Christmas dinner and doubled it baking it in a aluminum pan from Costco. I did have to bake it for about 25 min longer because it didn't seem done - maybe because it was in a bigger deeper pan.

Cinnamon Rolls III

Fantastic recipe - I've made thm 5 times now!!! I took the other reviewers advice and used the whole package of pudding mix. I also add about 1 cup of raisins. Instead of covering the cinnamon roll pan with plastic wrap, I put the baking pan with the formed rolls inside a large clear garbage bag, tied a knot to lock in the moisture and then put it in the fridge overnight. Instead of a rich icing like the recipe called for, I just put a thin glaze of butter, milk and powdered sugar and apply this right after they come out of the oven to keep them from drying out.

Excellent, easy and quick. I used a Pampered Chef bar stone for this and once the dough was in the stone, I covered the top with thinly sliced tomatoes, onions and a tiny bit of mozzarella.

Pecan Chewies

Excellent recipe! The brown sugar/butter mixture seemed thick or dry before I added the eggs, but by the time I added the rest of the ingredients, the batter was perfect. The result is a delicious treat that is somewhere between a blondie and pecan pie.
