Fantastic recipe - I've made thm 5 times now!!! I took the other reviewers advice and used the whole package of pudding mix. I also add about 1 cup of raisins.
Instead of covering the cinnamon roll pan with plastic wrap, I put the baking pan with the formed rolls inside a large clear garbage bag, tied a knot to lock in the moisture and then put it in the fridge overnight. Instead of a rich icing like the recipe called for, I just put a thin glaze of butter, milk and powdered sugar and apply this right after they come out of the oven to keep them from drying out.
