Spinach Quiche
Yummy, but like others, I divided the filling between 2 pie shells. Like everything else these days, even the frozen pie shells have been downsized.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
These are the best cookies I've ever made. I love that there are 3 cups of oatmeal in them, which is good for you. They're crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Yummy!!!

Rum Balls I
I just finished making these, and although they taste good, I'm hoping the rum flavour will strengthen as they sit. I ended up tripling the rum extract content. Time will tell!
