Tangy Dill Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
I made this recipe for my 4th of July bbq and everyone loved it! I used low fat mayonnaise and a bit less fat free "zesty" italian dressing, and as the intro says, it was just as good with a lot less calories and fat.

Potato Latkes II

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
Delicious latkes! The matzo meal is key; I made my own from some stale leftover matzos (just by grinding it up with a mortar and pestle into a rough flour-like consistency);I also added about 2 additional tbsps of matzo, bringing the total to 5 tbsps matzo. Additionally, I added a few dashes of ground pepper and fried them in unsalted butter. Light and crispy. Best latkes I've ever had (my husband agrees).

Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2006
This recipe made out of the world lamb chops!! I usually make lamb chops with a garlic, basil, lemon pepper rub, so a sweet rub was a change. My husband, who rarely expresses enthusiasm about much, raved about these chops!! The flavors were so complementary, and nothing is easier mixing a few spices and herbs together to rub on meat before grilling. Definitely worth a try.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
Great recipe. It was a hit at my 4th of July bbq. I didn't have white vinegar, so I used cidar vinegar and cut back a little on the sugar. Also used about 1/2 the mustard. As I was pressed for time, instead of chopping all the veggies, I bought a container of already chopped veggie bits at the supermarket and used that (I added onion separately, as that wasn't in the bits).
