This recipe is really, really good. Normally my choc. chip cookies turn out flat and after a cooling turn crunchy. I like soft choc chip cookies and this recipe certainly delivered. It has to be the pudding. I also noticed that after placing the cookies on a paper towel lined plate, they didn't leave behind any grease. Brought these to work and they were gone that day. Very, very nice texture. I did add a little extra vanilla flavoring but otherwise followed the recipe (without the nuts). The only thing I'd do differently next time is I'd double the amount of chocolate chip morsels. Also, the recipe makes a lot of good size cookies. I made 5 trays of cookies and they all came out rather large and thick. I will use this recipe from now on! Thanks!
