These are really good. Like others I used chunky peanut butter instead of adding extra chopped nuts.

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
great basic recipe. I like to add healthy ingredients when I can and this is a great recipe to do so. I used 1 cup flour and for the second cup a mixture of flax seeds, whole wheat, wheat germ and oatmeal and of course chopped walnuts. Little vanilla and a pinch of salt. Turned out perfect!! yummy.

Absolutely Awesome BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
Well, I screwed up this recipe and used Thai chili sauce instead of regular. Not what I was wanting but tastes great but with an asain twist! Am saving it to use on grilled chix next week. Now my husbands off to buy regular chili sauce so I can make regular BBQ sauce for my pulled pork for tomorrow.

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
I love this recipe but am on weight watchers so I dont add the sour cream into the mix. I use very lean beef and add canned tomatoes w/mexican style herbs, canned black beans, corn, salsa, enchilada sauce, diced & canned green chilies. Let the beef and tomato mixure simmer for about 15 min. Use corn tortillas. Layer everything and top with light cheddar. Add light our cream at the end : )

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Wonderful. I added cranberries just because i love the 2 together! My batch made more than 12 muffins though. I had enough leftover to make 3 full mini loaves of pumpkin bread. And I made Large size muffins and the mini loaves were bursting over.

Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
This turned out great and was easy to make. I dint add the sausage, just wanted the mac n cheese recipe. I also cut down on the bread craumbs and will use Panko next time (1/3 cup) and I used the Kraft cheese blend made for melting (pre shredded) plus I added shredded Parm. & 1/2 tsp dry mustard. Shredded is easier to use than cubed.

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
Good pie crust but it does as mentioned by other make a lot. I used the butter flavored shortening. Made a 9 inch, deep dish apple pie w/a lattice top and had enough dough left over for at leastthe bottom of another pie. Will use again though. Flakey & light.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
This is a very tastey apple pie! I used Gala & Honey Crisp apples, 4 & 4. And a 9 inch, deep dish pie pan. Pleanty of apples. The method is easy for those who have never made a pie like this before. And I baked mine the full 45 minutes. Also tossed mine with cinnamon as suggested. Will make again!
