Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
This is the BEST! We added fresh strawberry puree : ) Took 10 smallish lemons, a 2lb bag. Next time we'll get a big bag of lemons from Sams Club so we can make more!

Best Breakfast Cookie

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
I have made these a few times and each time I add different things - dried blueberries, walnuts, pecans, raisins, flax, chia. So many differnt ways to go and I use whole wheat flour and also add apple sauce. They're great!

Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
These are really good!! I would use a smaller pan nexxt time to get a thicker brownie but the taste is so chocolately good : ) I did as others suggested and only added 1 cup of flour. It is a lot of butter I wish there was a good low fat recipe for these.

My Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
As mentioned several times the recipes needs more beans. I added 2 cans of beans and a can of the diced tomatoes w/green chilies. By adding these extra ingredients I felt like it needed more chili powder and added an extra tbls.

This is a pretty good sauce. I found it to be a little thick but after thinning it a bit it was great.
