Wow, what a reception! I made this for a party last weekend & even the Italians were singing my praises! I use my homemade sauce, which has stew meat, crumbled italian sausage, sweet peppers & fresh herbs, which I think makes a pretty significant difference, but I love the provolone & sour cream combination. The sour cream adds just a touch of sweetness. I'm making it again tonight, cause I didn't get enough of a chance to eat at the party...no objections from my hubby!
