Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
This is the best hummus I've made from this site--soooo good! Only changes: halved recipe and only added about 2 tsp basil as I didn't want it to over-power the other flavors. Will definitely be making this again soon!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
Ummm seriously, carrot cake doesn't get better than this so you can stop looking! I have made this cake about 5 times and although this recipe is perfect as written, sometimes I replace a 1/2 cup of the oil with apple sauce and add a dash of nutmeg. Thanks Grandpa Sam!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Awesome oatmeal cookies!!! The only changes I made were to use 1 cup all-purpose & 1 cup whole wheat flour, and I added about 1.5 cups of chopped apple...soooooooo good!!
