Bananas Foster Monkey Bread

I accidentally bought walnuts instead of pecans. It was still delightful!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Very GOOD! I used my own chicken (boneless, skinless breast) because I couldn't bring myself to use a can. I will make this again. Nice for sports parties! YUM.

Deep-Dish Blackberry Pie

I didn't make the filling. I cheated and bought a can. The crust was great.

Mother-in-law Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2009
WOW! Super easy and super yummy. The only things that I changed was that I used chicken/thigh quarters, salt & cracked pepper, and brown rice (my preference). I also did not discard the onions, carrots, or celery...too much flavor to let go of. This was a BIG HIT, especially with the cornbread!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

Pretty good, simple and easy. I would suggest sauteing the onions first though. Plus, I added salsa and Tobasco on top. Yum!

Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
Easy recipe. The chicken was good just like this, but I mixed the wings in some Buckeye Barbecue sauce from Quaker Steak. Delicious.

I added some Helmanns Mayo, but that's all. Simple is always good.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
The recipe was excellent. Very good, it came out moist. I softened the butter in the microwave and also added some walnuts (I prefer breads with nuts). I will definitely use this recipe again.

Seasoning For Tacos

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
Found this when we discovered we forgot to pick up the packet at the store. It was very good and all the spices it calls for were already in our cupboard. We did add a dash of flour right at the end just to thicken up the sauce a bit.

Campbell's Kitchen Tuna Noodle Casserole

Yum, yum. I did not use the pimentos, though. I did however add lots of salt and cracked pepper. It cooked perfectly. Very pleased with this recipe.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Everyone loved these! They thought they were mini pizza's. I suppose you could use mozzarella instead of the swiss cheese. Excellent recipe! We didn't change a thing.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
This was a great substitution for the Bisquick that we are used to. The only thing we did different was to add a teaspoon of vanilla and an additional 2/3 cup of milk. They were rather thick and needed to be thinned out a bit.

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
Very good, I think. This was the first time I have ever had any type of cobbler, so I had nothing to compare it to. My dish wasn't big enough, so it bubbled over a bit in the oven. Also, I cut more peaches than the recipe suggested because the 3 didn't seem like enough. I would probably make this again.

Cinnamon Cookies I

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
Pretty easy to make, fun, and messy! My husband is the cinnamon lover...so I made them for him. He liked them, but said it could use more cinnamon. I on the other hand, thought they were perfect...but again, I am not really a "cinnamon" kinda gal. He also thought that these would be great for ice cream sandwiches. One last thing: I also put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then the freezer for 10. It was fine, no problems working with it. YUM!

MMMMM... Brownies

In the recipe's defense, I don't think that I added enough chocolate chips. The recipe was easy, so I think that I will try it again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Very Yummy! I didn't have a mini-muffin pan, so I baked them on a cookie sheet. Still good, like that. Freeze the PB cups first, and they will come out great!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
This was pretty good, but as the other reviews state, REDUCE the pepper. Although a tablespoon of oil and butter is standard, I think that you should also reduce these for healthier eating. I will make this again, but I will probably add bean sprouts or make it with pork next time.
