Steak Salad

Meh - I like the idea of it but it's not a recipe I'd save. However, I DO think it would be even better if there was avocado added to it.

This is the first time I've ever made fish, only because I just started eating fish a year ago. It was easy and turned out great! I'm saving this one and will definitely be making it again.

Divine Asparagus

Thought this sounded weird - but I had leftover wine and wanted to use it. It was delicious! I used golden raisins, as that's what I had on hand - and it still worked.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Very good! A little heavy on the sugar. We added some dark rum (splashed on top of the cake) which added some nice flavor. Wished we had added strawberries too.

Zucchini Pasta II

So tasty - I used vegetable broth b/c I didn't have chicken broth - and it still turned out great. Just a hint of spice and so many delicious flavors. I'd def. make this again.

I would give this a 3. I liked the recipe - but I'm not sure what everyone meant about too many peppers. If anything, I could have used MORE peppers! Not amazing...good for a basic chicken pasta recipe.

Marinated Peppers

My roommates loved it and so did I! I served over toasted slices of French bread and it worked perfectly to absorb the extra olive oil/vinegar mix.

Ali's Greek Tortellini Salad

Very good...but it was very spinachy to start. A few hours in the fridge after it was all mixed together really brought the flavors together and tasted much better!
