Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2013
I loved it! I'm giving a 4 because I followed some other recommendations. I used 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey, 1 onion, no peppers, sauteed the onion and garlic, then added the ground turkey and browned. I did use the recommended stewed and crushed tomatoes and seasoning. I added everything to my slow cooker and cooked on low for 5 hours. Next time, I will add a can of tomato paste, as I didn't think it had enough tomato flavor. I will also try brown sugar instead of white.

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
Only changes I made were that I used a rotisserie chicken and the no-boil lasagne noodles. I, too, thought it was bland and needed garlic and more seasoning. I would make this again with those changes.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2013
I put the chicken on a wire rack in a cookie sheet as another reviewer suggested, but the coating was still mushy. Maybe because I really put the mayo mixture on thick? It was still excellent! I'll be making this again! I lined the cookie sheet with tin foil so I didn't need to wash that. The wire rack was non stick so that cleaned up easy as well.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2013
They're ok. I did add a bit more milk and cooked them at a VERY low temp and they were still mushy inside. I would only add 1 banana next time, but, I probably won't make these again.

Mushroom Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2012
Had I read the reviews first, it would have turned out better. I am not an expert cook. I didn't know you needed to remove the chicken and then saute the veges separately. The directions didn't say to do this. Thus, running out of room in my pan. It wasn't horrible. Next time I'll remove the chicken.
