John's Chili
Very good recipe. I have a wonderful recipe already but wanted to try something new. Was a nice change of pace! I did alter a little thou... I added a decent amount of Franks Red Hot. Also added 1 Habenero 1 Red Chili in addition to the current pepper order. WIth the meats I also did seperatly. My sausage weight was around 2.5lbs and 2lbs of beef. sausage i removed the skin and pan fried then ran through the food processor for a more even texture. I boiled the beef and ran through the food processor as well. Only other thing was more chili pepper was needed in my opinion but the recipe is a good starting area :) like any recipe season to taste. Hope you all enjoy this recipe as well

Tasty Spaghetti Sauce
I hope you all read the reviews unlike me i didnt. Made a double recipe of this sauce and while its cooking now stupid me i read the reviews in any event ill add another can or 2 of tomato sauce + 1-2 more paste to hopefully skim down the spices else ive lost a bunch of time and money... lesson learned read the reviews

Mimi's Slumgullion
Wonderful Recipe! I did add 3 cloves of fresh garlic minced (I LOVE Garlic). Used 1 Red & 1 Green Pepper, 1 Red Onion, fresh ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon or to taste, 4 Red potatoes (sliced like potato chips but thicker, and added 1 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medley, 2tsp Parsley (freshly chopped). I did with these specs but times 3 as I needed bigger serving size. I used cast iron skillets and it came out wonderful and very colorful. I recommend changing up the peppers to red, green, yellow, and orange. Not only for color but some peppers are sweeter than others if you want something along the lines of sweetness. Next time I will be cutting back on the oil beings that much oil was not needed, due to the fact that kielbasa is naturally greasy anyhow. If you decide to add the fresh garlic and parsley add with the onions and oil. :)
