Perfectly and wonderfully delicious as is! I am a painfully slow eater, but this dish I couldn't eat fast enough! I will be making this a few times a month.

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Surprisingly kid-friendly! My 3-year old son LOVES this dish. I have made it twice since discovering it two weeks ago and he cleaned his plate both times!

WONDERFUL muffins! I have been looking for the perfect blueberry muffin recipe and this is it! These are light and very moist. PERFECT sweetness-they are not overly sweet but have a more subtle sweetness which allows you to enjoy the taste of the berries (this from someone with a raging sweet tooth!). I have tried other blueberry muffin recipes and some of them were sticky sweet and some tasted like there was no sugar in them at all. The tops have a nice, light crunch to them. I just made them and have already inhaled two. I didn't alter any ingredients and got 30 muffins. Thanks Kim!
