I don't think I have just one this that I love to cook. I love to cook many things. I love cooking with carrots and onions. It just makes everything taste better!

Navy bean soup and pie. Sooooo good. (Don't knock it until you try it!)
My cooking triumphs
I made my 1st cheesecake that didn't crack. I was so proud.
My cooking tragedies
I did not know how to make rice. It always came out sticky. I have since then learned how to make the perfect rice! (Thanks to my rice pot!)

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
This recipe was fantastic. I don't have a bread machine so I just proofed my yeast in water and a teaspoon of brown sugar, mixed in oil,honey, salt, flour and oats and kneaded until it came together. Baked at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Superb!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
This was the BEST! I used a 9x9 pan so I added a little extra oats and butter, but it came out perfect! Will make again and again and again

French Baguettes
This recipe was fantastic! I also used my Kitchen Aid mixer. Heated the water, dissolved the sugar and water in the mixing bowl. Added the yeast ans let it sit for about 5 minutes before adding the salt and the flour. Mixed unti dough came together and then mixed on low for 3-5 minutes. Let rise in oiled bowl for 1 hour, shaped into two loaves on cookie sheet and then let rise again for about 40 minutes. brushed with egg whites and baked for 20 minutes. PERFECTO.
