Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2012
My Family & I love these!! To save time I just cube the chicken instead of shredding it. I also use extra enchilada sauce.

Rhubarb Torte

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
Made this with a regular pie crust and pie pan. It has too much sugar in the filling because it comes out runny.

Rumbleberry Crisp

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
It was delicious but very runny. Cut back on the white sugar or add more cornstarch.

Rhubarb Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
Wonderful! It was gone in a day! Makes a good breakfast if you use whole wheat flour and cut down on the sugar with the rhubarb. Make sure to use a 9x13 pan not a 9x9 as the recipe states.

Victoria Sponge Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
This is an ok cake. It didn't rise any when I made it (granted I was in Denmark so the altitude may have had something). It also really needs the jam inside otherwise it is a bland boring cake.

Easy Lasagna I

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
Wonderful and easy! Just make sure you end with meat sauce and not pasta otherwise the top pasta will not cook fully.

Seafood Lasagna II

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
I made this using the uncooked pasta method. You just cover for 45 min and uncover for the last 15. It was gone in a day in my family!
