Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
This pie was amazing! I took the suggestion from another review and substituted 1 tablespoon of water with the same amount of vanilla. I also added 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg. Even without that, this pie would have been perfect. I will never search for another apple pie recipe again. I used larger apples, so the filling was a bit taller than I think it was supposed to be. As a result, I poured the sugar mixture over the apples prior to placing on the lattice crust. I baked it exactly as directed, and it came out perfect.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These are hands down both the easiest and most delicious sugar cookies I've ever made. The dough is so great to work with, and I only chilled it for a little over an hour. They have a great flavor (I made them according to recipe) without frosting. I will definitely be keeping this recipe for my family holidays!

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp
This tastes awesome! I didn't have nutmeg, so I substituted allspice. I also added 1/2 tsp of vanilla before the lemon juice. I didn't have any walnuts, so I left them out. I only wish that I had read the other reviews first. I would have added oatmeal to the crisp topping. I will definitely do that next time! Without it, the topping is kind of doughy.
