Vidalia Onion Spinach Salad

I think I might have messed up the croutons, as they were a lot of work and not worth the effort, but the rest of this salad is to die for!! added romaine to the spinach.

This salad is awesome! I would have given it 5 out of 5 but I made a modification which I think made a big difference. I used 3tbs of lite italian dressing instead of water. also used artichokes that were not packed in water as they have a more vineagary taste, which made the salad more flavourful! loved it going to make it for the 3rd time tonight!

My sisters always complain about my baking, I followed this recipe exactly, and I can't tell you how perfect they turned out. Some I cooked a little longer and other not as much for a variety of crunchy and cheweyness. mmmmmm! My best baking ever!

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

This is awesome. I found the garam masala in the bulk barn. I have made it with several variations and it always turns out great! My husband will actually eat rice with it! You can't mess this one up, it has become a weekly dish at our house, made with many variations! I like to add cooked cauliflower right into the sauce!
