Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2012
I made this last night and we loved it...it was so easy and flavorful! I served it over brown rice, and next time I thought I'd add some roasted corn!

Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I made this to go along with my corned beef and cabbage, everybody just loved it! I didn't have buttermilk so I soured my own milk with vinegar, other than that it was the only thing I did different. The caraway seeds just made this bread delishes, and a sweet taste of raisin every once in a while was so good. Everybody wanted the recipe. I'll be making this again!

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
I've been cooking asparagus this way for years, my only suggestion is just before the asparagus is done to add the juice of half a fresh lemon and the zest..it really brightens up the flavor! The garlic burns easily so be careful. A guick and delicious way to prepare asparagus.

Fast and Easy French Onion Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
This dip is pretty good, but I thought the onion overpowered it....I'll stick to my version of 1 16oz carton of sour cream and 1 package dry onion soup mix, mix and refridgerate a few hours until flavors meld and onions soften. It's so easy that we never buy onion dip at the store anymore!

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
I've never made a custard pie before, but my brother wanted one for his birthday. I made this one and it turned out wonderful. He loved it and so did everyone else. If I'd have know they were so easy to make I'd have made them a long time ago.

Anne's Hot Ham and Swiss Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
I made this for the super bowl party and everybody loved it! I did use the low sodium soups, and next time I'll try to find some low sodium ham, but it was very good, and so easy to prepare! My husband could even fix it!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
I followed the recipe exactly as written because I knew I'd want all the butter for the pasta I served with it. For one pound of linguini this recipe is perfect. I had 8 people over and everyone of them loved it. It was so fast and easy to prepare, I will be using it again and again!

Wonderful Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2007
This cake was very easy to make, thanks to the yellow cake mix, but the flavor was not as good as the one I bake from scratch, but overall it's very good and very easy to make, great for kids who like to help out in the kitchen.

Awesome Ham Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2006
I made this for my family reunion and everybody wanted the recipe! Only thing I did different was chop the veggies smaller, I don't care for big chunks. Needless to say I will be making this again!

Dry Rub for Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2005
This is the easiest and best dry rub recipe I've ever tried. We've tried it on baby back ribs, boneless ribs, and chicken (on the bbq grill, of course!), and it just improves the taste of the meat so very much! We usually use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce at the end of cooking...scrumptious!

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2004
We used a Weber Charcol grill instead of gas.....the ribs were wonderful! The rub is the best I've had, others have been too spicy, this one adds the flavor not the heat. We used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce...yummy! We will try our gas grill the next time, I know the flavor will be great!
