This was amazing. I had some kind of pork roast with a bone in it (the butcher recommended it and I've forgotten exactly what he said it was). I used a little olive oil as others recommended and had this marinate overnight and through the next day. It was the juiciest pork I have ever eaten and the outside glazed over and tasted amazing. I cannot recommend this recipe enough!

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

AMAZING! Some changes I made: white instead of wheat flour. I didn't have any pumpkin spice so I used 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoons each of allspice and ginger. I omitted the raisins and walnuts, just because I'm not a huge fan. I had a huge muffin tin as well and this recipe made 6 big muffins and they cooked for around 28 minutes. I will make them again!

Squash Dip

I just found this ... weird. It wasn't the goat cheese either as I love that. It's not bad exactly, but I wouldn't make it again.

Exchange Gang Pasta with Shrimp

Amazing pasta! I left out the spinach because I'm not a huge fan of cooked greens, but left everything else the same. The flavors in this are perfect. If you haven't made it yet, please do! You won't regret it.

Hamburger Hash

Seemed quite bland alone. Followed advice in reviews and added Worcester sauce. I added onion and garlic powder and hot sauce. Also, cornstarch for thicker sauce. Probably won't be making again, even with these additions.

I've never had this before, so I can't comment on its originality, but the cream sauce on top was not my favorite. I liked mixing it in with the meat sauce, but I won't put it on top again. Other than that I liked it.
