Erin's Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2015
best ever! for those of you who complained about flour taste, melt margarine, add flour and cook for a few minutes then add milk and cream cheese. it's really a great, easy to make soup that has tons of flavor.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

just follow directions. yes they mean whole cloves. no they don't mean just a slice of onion, they mean a whole onion, sliced. you can add things to it but that's changing the recipe. nothing wrong with this one. thanks!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2013
Fantastic. Rich and gooey and perfect. Didn't use nuts but otherwise followed recipe. Metal 9x13 pan worked great. Just follow directions. Stir well. Use your hands to smoosh dough on top. Take little bits and flatten then lay over top like a puzzle. It blends beautifully on top.

My Country Style Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
please just follow the directions! don't make any substitions. season liberally with the garlic salt and additional salt and cook as directed. if it gets too thick, just add more water but this is a can't miss recipe! served over rice. perfect amount of sauce/meat ratio.

Simple Stromboli

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
a little scared to make this since it didn't have many reviews but it was actually super easy and good! everybody loved it. i didn't use the sausage which was optional and kept thinking i should serve this with condiments but it didn't need any. consider this recipe as a canvas - add whatever meats/cheeses you like and it's still going to be beautiful!

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
i too hate when people review recipes after they've majorly changed them but know that you can use half and half and regular milk combined and still have an amazing clam chowder! this recipe is a keeper. tastes like it's from a restaurant. excellent! i chopped the veggies the day before so when i made the recipe, i just tossed everything in.
