Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
Really yummy, everybody loved it. I added some extra Cajun seasoning because we like more flavor.

Very Berry Cheesecake

Good, easy to make cheesecake. Not as sweet as I expected. A little grainy. Everybody enjoyed it though!

Hot Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
This was an awesome recipe that I made at Thanksgiving. I did everything that it called for, and then added some chopped spinach to make it a spinach/artichoke dip. Everyone who tasted it LOVED it and complimented me multiple times. I quadrupled the recipe and even that wasn't enough for our family of 12! We all ate so much, it was delicious. I am making this again for Christmas!

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
I wish the sauce was thicker, it was like broth. My husband enjoyed it though, the cheese especially adds. I served it over pasta.

Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
My husband loves these, the pesto makes it interesting. I actually "grilled" them by wrapping them in tin foil and putting them in a frying pan on my gas stove top, because i live in an apartment without access to a grill. Worked great!

Garlic Pork Chops with Black Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
It was okay, I'd rather have a thicker sauce with my pork chops than a brothy sauce.

Baked Havarti Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2006
Havarti cheese is SOO good on this! It was a little complicated to make with the different things added at different times, but in the end it was tastey!

Marinated Wild Salmon

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2006
I recently got married and have been trying out new recipes on my husband, and he LOVED this one! He ate so much of it that when we went to the gym later on he felt sick. But never regretted eating the yummy salmon. It was very moist, flavorful, and easy to prepare. The only disappointing part about it was that it has to marinate for so long, because once you smell it you want to eat it right away!
