Spicy Tomato Bisque with Grilled Brie Toast

This wonderful! I made my own puree from tomatoes from our garden. I didn't have brie, but made croutons out of the rye bread and sprinkled on top of the bisque. They added a nice texture and added flavor. I have some more tomatoes to process- will make more bisque this week. Will make sure I have Brie this time.

Jimmy Carter Dessert

I made this to take for dessert when we had dinner with some friends. My friend's boyfriend is a chef who normally doesn't eat too many sweets. He loved it and and a second helping. I used reduced fat peanut butter and low fat cream cheese and it was delicious. I would definitely make again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I wasn't sure at first whether I would like this recipe or not, once I started making it. After it was complete - it was wonderful. My son wasn't wild about it until I added some Velveeta cheese to half of it. Either way, the family said it was a keeper of a recipe. This was very quick and easy to make. Thanks for sharing.
