I have been cooking and baking for around four or five years and am working my way through high school towards culinary school. I idolize Gordon Ramsay and Anthony Bourdain. I find inspiration every where, from the grocery store where I work to restaurants to cooking shows. I've been a vegetarian for three years but cheat by eating fish (as Kurt Cobain said, "It's okay to eat fish because they don't have any feelings.")

Fish and pasta, and I love to bake anything from cookies to cakes.

Corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.

Ice cream tiramisu, salmon and spinach with angel hair pasta, salmon with citrus reduction, tilapia with mango salsa.
