These were way too sweet for my taste, and I only put in about a cup of sugar. Very easy to make, though!

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

Fantastic! The sweetness really tempers the spice without taking it away. This is a great way to use up habeneros from a prolific pepper plant :) Save some small glass jars and bottle it up as presents to give away. I'm getting ready to make my second batch within a month!
