Crab and Shrimp Delight

I altered this recipe a bit. I reduced the mayo to 3/4 cup, increased the milk to 1 1/2 cups, added 1 cup of water, garlic powder, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Substituted the angel hair for the multi-colored spiral noodles, substituted cream of shrimp for cream of mushroom. Instead of sharp cheddar I used 6 oz of colby-jack and 6 oz of mozzarella. FABULOUS!!!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This recipe is absolutely phenomenal! The entire family (including 3 kids) loved it! I doubled the recipe, and never measure spices (just threw in what I thought would be delicious, so probably about twice the garlic recommended)... it was fall-apart, melt-in-your-mouth delicious!!! Thank you!!

Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit

I used fresh strawberries, then added a few to the dressing mixture. It was delicious! Canned chicken would probably be better than grilled. Will try it next time. :]

Jungle Juice for a Crowd

Used this recipe for my big Dirty 30 Birthday party... it was fantastically delicious! Made it almost to the recipe-only change was that instead of everclear (Idaho does not sell it! bummer!) I used Bicardi 151. It did the trick :)

Zucchini Casserole

An easier and healthier option is to layer sliced zucchini, margarine, lemon pepper, and colby jack cheese in a pan. Bake at 375 until zucchini is tender. Serve over cooked white rice. Yum!

Lemon Rosemary Salmon

This was easy and delicious! I only used sliced lemon on the top (subbed lemon juice on the bottom), and used dried rosemary instead of fresh. I added garlic powder to the top as well. Fantastic!

Turkey Macaroni Bake

This was fantastic! I used two boxes of mac-n-cheese, boiled the noodles until done, added cream of chicken soup, 1-2 cups of milk, salt, pepper, one of the mac-n-cheese cheese packets, leftover turkey, broccoli, and colby jack cheese shredded over the top. Baked for about 20 minutes at 350. My 8 yr old daughter had 4 helpings!!

Fish Tacos

This was absolutely fantastic! I added some season salt to leftover batter and made onion rings to go with the tacos... yummy! I used tomato and lettuce instead of cabbage, and it was yummy too :) Thanks for such an easy and delicious recipe!!
