I love to grill;my next purchase will be a smoker. I love to try new recipes and lately I've been trying to cook more healthy...less red meat, more fish and chicken.

Ha, my mother HATED to cook so I guess my proudest accomplishment is that both of my children are enthusiastic cooks!
My cooking triumphs
See above. Oh, and this past Christmas I cooked meals for 22 houseguests over a weeks time. Crazy and exhausting but fun.

The time I used salt instead of sugar in a beautiful blackberry cobbler.
