Bacon Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies With Maple Glaze

These cookies are the BOMB!! I always try at least one the night before, if it's a new cookie, to make sure I don't need to whip up some chocolate chip cookies instead. I had to stop myself from eating another and another.....VERY good cookie! Oh, but I only needed one Tbspn of water in the glaze. 1 1/2 made it too watery.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

I absolutely LOVE this recipe!! I change very little, and it doesn't tell you how to cook the chicken, but that's easy enough to figure out. I use fresh mushrooms - about a whole package of sliced button mushrooms. I sautee them with the chicken in onions and minced garlic - the last few minutes before the chicken is done. I also, as with most recipes on this site, double the sauce and cheese. Thank you SO much for the recipe!!

Easier Chicken Marsala

LOVE this recipe. Even my husband, who is not a chicken eater normally, loves this recipe. I only have a few adjustments: I brown the chicken in onions and minced garlic, I double or even triple the amount of Marsala and more than double the amount of mushrooms (because I LOVE mushrooms). Other than that - this recipe is VERY tasty!! I've already made it three times. Thank you SO much for the recipe!!

Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic

Very tasty. I really liked the flavor that the tomatoes gave the potatoes. I used regular russets and they turned out great. I did have to bake them for about twice as long as the recipe called for and added salt as well.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

I marinated the pork for about 2 hours and felt that was plenty of time. I did NOT think it was too salty. I thought it was wonderful and I WILL be making this again!! My husband grilled the pork instead of baking it and it came out very tender and juicy. Yum, yum, yum!!
