Have made this twice now, two different ways. The first time, I made according to the directions with a few changes (half the butter, extra garlic, and white wine). My boyfriend loved it, and said I could make it again. The second time I didn't use the stove. My grandmother poached the chicken in the oven, and I made the sauce in the microwave. Only change I made was to add extra garlic. Put everything but the lemon juice in the microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or so. The family enjoyed it, and asked me to make it again. Easy recipe that is easily modified.
