To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Excellent! I followed the recipe to a "T". Only added 1/4 c more blueberries. Am looking forward to making it again, mate with different berries!

Loved it! Followed it to a T. Top cracked but thats alright because it was creamy and not too light or heavy. It was just the perfect consistency. I topped with strawberry drizzle. Will make this recipe again!

Famous Chicken Adobo

I've lived in Asia for over 16 years so I am quite familiar with Adobo;-) So my kids were quite excited when I was going to try and make it myself. Used recipe as a guideline for ingredients and made the below changes: Put fresh garlic and ginger into the cooking oil before frying the chicken. I used 2 large chicken breast for 1 adult and 2 kids. There is 1.5 portion as leftover. Besides all the seasoning required we added a teaspoon of sugar, a .5 tsp of pepper, .25 c of water, 2 large potatoes. Fry chicken first and then add all ingredients and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, let it simmer. Once potatoes are soft then its ready to serve. If you prefer thicker gravy (like we do), take a 2tsp of corn starch and mix with 2tsp of room temp water and add to the mixture. Let simmer and thicken to your liking. Chop spring onions and garnish the dish. Kids loved it!

Five Minute Ice Cream

My first homemade ice cream! It tasted very fresh n delicious. However, recipe forgot to mention... Freeze it before serving then it will look exactly like a sherbet (as I used frozen raspberries).

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Rich & delicious! Cake comes out perfectly baked (flat on top) so it's east frost. If instant pudding is not avail used pre-made. I cut chips down to 1cup as it seemed to b quite chocolatey. Got more compliments the 2nd time I made it n cut the pudding out. Maybe 3 types of choco is just too rich for many people's taste. Overall this will b my choco cake recipe of choice!!

Pope's Valentine Cookies

Loved it! Easy to do, roll and bake. Cookies came out thin, crispy...melts in your mouth. I added 1/2 tsp of almond extract as well. Really adds a nice flavor and aroma too. Cooked cookies for 14min instead of 12.

Chinese Restaurant Almond Cookies

Fantastic! I would only add these few points: 1. If using raw almonds, don't forget to roast them first 2. Make 1 day in advance of when you need them as they'll taste even better the 2nd day as the ALmond flavor will really set in. 3. Make an egg wash to swipe over the cookies before going in the oven. Egg wash= 1 yolk + 1tbsp of water. Mix and use. Happy baking!

Four Egg Yellow Cake

AWWSOME! My first time trying to make my own yellow cake and it was for my son's 3rd birthday. Taste great! I doubled recipe and it was enough for a 9x9x4" square pan and a 8x8x3 square pan...so I had extra and I dared to make a 3D Hot Wheels cake. Thanks for the recipe. I followed recipe to a T.
