Nairobi Chocolate Cake
This recipe turned out amazingly. I made it for a friend's birthday since she's got a dairy allergy. It made 15 large cupcakes. They were light, fluffy and moist. It is definitely going on my regular cake rotation. (I topped them with chocolate icing sugar made with soy milk)

Quick and Easy Eggs Benedict
It worked wonderfully. I'd reduce salt and increase the cayanne

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)
Boil the chicken first for five minutes. Drain and add soy sauce, garlic and 1 tbsp on ginger. Then add your veggies and potatoes. I like to add leeks to this as well. I also like it super spicy so 3 tbsps of gochujang is never enough.
