Yum! Yum! Yum! I loved this recipe! I just got it yesterday, and I tried it last night, and it was soooo delicious. I steamed the broccoli in the mircrowave, and then covered it with the sauce. I also just used 1 Tbsp of butter (didn't see any reason to use more), sauted the garlic in it, and then added the rest of the ingredient. Also, I used peanuts instead of cashews, because that's what I had, and it still came out wonderfully. Next time I will double (maybe even triple!) the sauce and add some chicken to it to make a main course. Thanks for such a fabulous recipe!
