The first time I made this for my family I was planning on having leftovers for potato pancakes for breakfast the next morning. There were none left. They all raved over them. So now when I make this dish I put what I need away. By the way they make excellant pancakes with bacon gravy and sliced tomatos.

Sausage Potato Casserole

Butter Beef

We liked this well enough. Did not add the salt, did add red wine, mushrooms towards the end of cooking. I'll keep tweeking it until I get it to our taste.

Cheesy Catfish Chowder

WOW!! I made this chowder for my family and there weren't any leftovers. My daughter has already requested it again. My husband, who doesn't like fish, said he wants to eat this again. It's inexpensive to make and very filling.
