Best Ever Banana Bread

I made this recipe yesterday and it is very moist with slight crispy top. I only added 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. But these are defintely taste as good as it looks. I just made muffins instead to ensure everyone gets some :-) .

Key Lime Pie VII

This recipe is simply Excellent! I baked a graham cracker crust in a 10" springform pan and used two cans of condensed milk and a little more lime as per the recipe. We just got back from a Father's Day family function and the pie was all gone in less than 10 minutes. This is for sure a keeper "NO DOUBT".

Classic Waffles

I was looking for a recipe that doesn't take too much time because I work fulltime and have a 5 year. The only thing I added was one more Tablespoon sugar because I tried it one time before and I didn't like the taste. It was excellent and I have never made waffles before this recipe. This will be my waffle recipe from now on. Don't let this one get away. YUMO !

Cinnamon Rolls III

My boyfriend and I tried this about 2 weeks ago and it was wonderful and it tasted even better the next day but just put in the microwave for about 30 seconds. And I don't like Cinnamon rolls because I find it too sweet but this was just perfect. I didn't have any cream cheese so we just did a regular white glaze and drizzled it on top. I think ate like 2 od them and had to give away the rest or else I would have eaten all. DELICIOUS !

Fluffy Pancakes

The name says it all for these pancakes. I use to buy pancake mix until I found this recipe. So easy to prepare and the taste is " WONDERFUL". I just added three tablespoons of sugar because the first time I made them as per the recipe it was kinda bland. So these are the only pancake I make now. Here's a tip. Let the milk and vinegar soak for at least 15 minutes and your pancakes will turn out even flufflier and more tasteful. Enjoy ! I know I will.

Peach Upside-Down Cake

This ia an excellent little cake for a small family. I LOVED this cake. I had to give it away or else I would have eaten the whole thing myself. SOOOO GOOD ! This is defintely one I have to put in my recipe folder. KEEP FOLDER ! NO DOUBT !

Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

I wish I could give this recipe 10 STARS. That's how good this is. I didn't even try the frosting because according the other reviews how good the muffin was without it. I think this is FABULOUS they way it is. NO FROSTING NEEDED. I just added a dash of nutmeg and 1 tsp more cinnamon. Don't let this one get away.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

I just make this cake last weekend and OH BOY ! IT IS GOOD. This is just absolutely DELICIOUS. I made it in a Bunt pan as another viewer did. NO modifications necessary whatsoever. It looked so BEAUTIFUL and smells so GREAT ! The cinnamon and the brown sugar with the pecans. I can hardly contain myself. This is "ONE" you CAN'T let get away. It's exactly what the names says it is. AMAZING ! PLEASE TRY IT !

Fish Chowder II

I made this dish last night for dinner and I barely had enough for lunch today. I think I had like 2 bowls and my boyfriend had to say stop remember you want some for luch tomorrow. He had seconds as well and he does not like soups. Even our little 4 year daughter thought it was very "DELICIOUS". This dish deserves 10 stars. I work fulltime so this is right up my alley, quick and easy and extremely flavourful. I'm already planning on making it again for lunch on Friday. I just added some fish stock and a small tin of cream style corn and some coconut milk as per my boyfriend's request because he's the real Chef in our house. OH MY GOODNESS! You have to try this recipe. THIS IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. This is defintely a " KEEPER ". NO DOUBTS ABOUT THAT. ENJOY !

Tiramisu Bowl

I made this recipe this year for my birthday because I was tired of cake and wanted something different. OOh boy ! I'm glad I decided to try this one. This recipe is " DA BOMB". This is exactly the kind of recipe I like. It wasn't sweet at all but It had plenty of flavour and my family gave me great reviews. I had to make another for my Fiance nephew birthday because he love it so much as well. The only thing I use different was the French vanilla cool whip. I should post a picture. Yes ! I will..

Pumpkin Cheesecake Dessert

I was looking for a recipe for Father's Day because my finance loves anything made with pumpkin. This was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Simply ingredients, not complicated at all and great time saver. I made it from the night before and let it set in the fridge overnight. It's well worth the wait. I just did two little things different suggested by a couple of the other viewers. I added a teaspoon of cinnammon and add 1/4 cup more pumpkin puree. Oh ! and I also added a dash of cloves in the batter. I would try it next time in a 10 "pan lined with foil paper next time. I swear I think I ate like 3 slices of this pie. I drizzled some caramel over the pie, then topped with a scoop of French vanilla cool whip and springled with some shaved dark chocolate on top. SIMPLY DELICIOUS!

Chocolate Trifle

I had some left over home made chocolate cake and I took it to work today and it was a huge hit. I followed as per recipe, no modifications necessary. I just crumbled a pack of oreo cookies on top with 3 cherries. I'm all about pesentation. Everybody says it was wonderful. I don't know who said this was sweet but 17 people can't be wrong. I will defintely make this again in the very near future because I still have some more chocolate cake in the fridge. I think will make a one for my sister. THIS WAS MAGNIFICENT ! Need I saw more.

Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken

I finally had the time to try this receipe. I baked it last night and brought a piece for lunch today and I warmed it up in the microwave and it was very suclent and had slight sweetness to it, not very sweet at all, I might had. Because I don't like too sweet things to eat. I'll give this recipe a 4 because the dijon mustard I thought I had spoiled, so I had to use regular mustard but I'll try it again when I get some good dijon again. I think that will make a big difference. It smelled really good while it was baking but the taste wasn't bad but still wasn't what I was expecting.

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

This is a wonderful cake. Anything that's baked with cake flour tastes better to me anyway. I agree with the other reviewers. It's perfect as is. "NO" I repeat "NO" modifications necessary. I baked this cake on Good Friday I think. Yes I remember because we were going away for the Easter holidays and my dad was going to watch the house for us and there was a piece left in my fridge. I still have piece in my fridge as we speak and taste it last night and it was still wonderful. You have got this try this one people. This is the one you don't want to get away. MMMM....DELICIOUS ! ! ! "5" star and nothing less.

Chicken Stir-Fry

I have made this recipe twice already. I followed the recipe the first time and the second time I made slight change in the recipe. 2 things. Instead of using water, I used a 14oz can chicken broth and instead of using the bouillon, I just added a dash of salt and black pepper to taste because I thought the bouillon was very very salty. I did use the entire tin because I had 5 pieces of chicken breats and a whole lot of vegetables. It came out so wonderful and it tasted just like the stir fry in the Chinese restaurants. I couldn't believe I made it. This is a MUST HAVE recipe to keep in your box. I like this recipe so much that I had to email a copy to the ladies in my office because they're always wondering what to cook when they get home. One of the ladies tried it already and she says it was a hit with her family. Need I say more?

Cool Whipped Frosting

I thought it was wonderfully different from the regular sugar icing and frostings. I don't like things that are too sweet so i just fell in love with this frosting. Deliciously light and wonderful. I used this frosting on a cake I made for my God son's brithday yesterday and it looked wonderful. It held together quite lovely.

Angel Lush

I made this for my boyfriend's mother birthday on the 19th October and everybody loved it. Because it tasted so delicious and not sweet at all. I made the Angel food cake from Angel Food Cake III. This is one of my new favourite desserts. I will make one for my sister for Christmas since she Diabetic.

Coconut Cream Cake II

Well I don't know if I did something wrong but I didn;t taste much coconut flavour at all. I just thhought the flavouring would be pouring out of it. The only cocnut taste I got was from the cocnut I sprinkled on the top. I even added a teaspoon coconut flavouring to the cake mix. Next time I think I will add the whole tin of coconut cream and 2 teaspoons coconut flavouring. The icing on top was excellent. The presentation was beautiful.

Pita Pizza

I don't like pizza at all but this I can eat once in a while. It was very delicious and tasty. I just baked it in my oven for 10 minutes. I will make this for my little nephew Jordan. Because I know he and his sister loves pizza. This is a more healthier version and they can't eat too much because they're small.
