Chocolate Bar Fondue
I used this recipe and it was LOVED by everyone. I omitted the water ( as was suggested) by other users but had it in a chocolate fountain. I will definitely add the water next time. If it was in a normal fondue pot-- the consistency would be perfect!

Creamy Veggie Fondue
Everyone seemed to love this fondue and it did have a very good taste. I followed previous users directions and added in the milk last and used lemon juice to help with the stringiness. This was served at a party and there was none left-- I am ultra picky and noticed that it did have a grainy-- not smooth texture. There has to be a way to fix that-- but I am not sure. I rated this a 4-- since the taste was good but texture was off-- otherwise this would have been a "5".

The Captain's Famous Jambalaya
I am just learning how to cook and also improvise. After promising my fiancé Jambalaya I printed this recipe and went to the store. Too bad it was Sunday and they had closed the fresh fish section. I used the same base minus the file seasoning which I could not find. I added shrimp, imitation crab, flounder and sausage. I also realized that there was a lot more liquid than rice so added the entire bag. It came out delicious and my fiancé went back for seconds and even brought some to work—so either way the base seasoning of this recipe is fantastic with or without the Red Snapper.
