I went through culinary schooling, worked in the field for several years. Even at a few of places that are famous now (The Chip Shop in Brooklyn and the Shake Shack in Manhattan to name a couple). Then out of nowhere, I realised that cooking made me happy, but cooking to earn my wages did not. So I am now going back to school majoring in Political Science and Sociology.

My favorite family cooking traditions
My family's spaghetti sauce. It's an all-day affair making it, and the whole family gets together for it.
My cooking triumphs
Completing Culinary Arts program, coming up with my spiced chicken recipe, creating my first Thanksgiving dinner on my own.
My cooking tragedies
I took a 550 degree metal sheetpan to the back of my left hand in school. Lost almost all heat-sensitivity and feeling in that hand.
