Olive Chicken II
This is now one of my favorite combinations. I think next time I will perpare and simmer the sauce and poach halibut in it during the last 10 min of cooking. This is really, really good.

Mulligatawny Soup I
This soup is so good. I diced the apples finely so they would melt into the soup. I went all the way with the butter and hot cream - you don't NEED it - but oh my does it make it better.

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
I used portabellas and that was a mistake. The filling is GREAT and prep is simple. Next time I'll get the right mushrooms :)
