Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2006
Had to cook this about 18 minutes longer to make it a little more crunchier. It was a good cookie but I think it probably would be better without the peanut butter.

Spinach, Potato, and Nutmeg Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2006
This tasted more like baby food. I tried to give it to my kids and only one would eat a little of it. This is something I will not make again. Sorry.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2006
I shredded my potatoes for this recipe and it makes a lot so there was a lot leftover. I tell you this was better the next day. My husband thought it was a bit dry so he ate it with ketchup.

Lynda's Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2006
I added garlic powder like someone else suggested. I tried feeding this to my triplets but they didn't like it. However, I ate their left overs and it was really good. I definately will be making this again. I don't think it will serve 30+ people though as there was only a little left over with the 4 of us eating it.

Wow I really don't like strawberry shakes but just adding that honey really makes it sweet and yummy. This will certainly be something I will make again. Thanks.

This was very good, however, very salty. Next time I will use low sodium soy sauce. My husband liked it.

Mom's Zucchini Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2007
I made this for lunch and my husband said he wouldn't eat it. He doesn't eat any vegetables. Well, I went out and when I came back the entire pie was gone. He snuck a piece and said he liked it and ate the entire thing. This is definately a keeper and will be made again. Thanks.

Quick Pizza Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2007
This recipe was okay nothing to really rave about. I wanted to use up the crescent rolls that I had and so for lunch I made this. Out of the 3 kids I have only one ate it. So probably won't make it again unless I'm in a rush for a fast lunch.

Very sweet. Loved the idea of using the microwave to cook the potatoes. It saved so much time in the preparation.

Garlic Broccoli

You really need to like brocolli raw to like this recipe. I give it a 3 star as I'm really not a fan on broccoli yet did like the garlic taste.

Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
It was a big hit for my children but my husband is used to real potato pancakes and he didn't like the sweet potato taste. I probably would make it again if I had lots of sweet potatoes left over like I did for thanksgiving.

I didn't have enough oil to coat the entire chicken so I fried one side and then flipped and fried the other side. It came out really crispy. It will be a recipe I will use again.
