Strawberry Muffins

good muffin recipe, although i took some advice from other reviewers and subtracted 1/4 c. flour, added 1/4 c. sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla and some cinnamon. they were perfect and fluffy. i'm still not sure how i feel about strawberries in muffins though so next time i might try it with blueberries or peaches instead.

awesome muffins! I used plain yogurt instead of the sour cream and frozen blueberries and it was the first time i'd made blueberry muffins and they came out great

Honey Wheat Bread I

This was a great recipe and a good intro to baking homemade bread. Really delicious (especially warm) though a little denser than I was hoping for.

Poppy Seed Muffins

These were pretty good. I did not have almond extract so I doubled the vanilla...which I think would have made it better. I also didn't feel like there were quite enough poppyseeds... I love them far too much for my own good.

Poppy Seed Bread with Glaze

Great poppyseed bread... I didn't have the butter flavored extract so I used extra almond extract.. I also subbed whole wheat flour for 1/3 of the flour, which didn't seem to effect it much... and I added about 50% more poppyseeds but I still can't get enough of them! Next time I'll double the poppyseeds. Delicious, otherwise.

The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie

these were good! I was a little wary of using oil instead of butter and I admit that the batter looked a little weird but once they were baked they were lovely, delicately crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy center... of course they're different from a butter recipe but by no means bad. I haven't tried them cold yet though, so I guess this is based on them being fresh and warm out of the oven (which is near impossible not to like..)
