Slow Cooker Bacon Potato Chowder

SO GOOD! Tastes like a loaded baked potato! Fully cooked in 3 hours. I left the skins on my potatoes for a true baked potato taste. I used a crock pot liner for easy clean up, and since my slow-cooker is a 5 quart, I cut the recipe down to 8 servings (used 3 cans soup + 3 1/4 can milk + 1/4 can half-and-half) but still used 4 slices of bacon and 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. I also used dried minced onions and dried chopped chives, which turned out just fine.

Waffles I

Not nearly sweet enough. Not even with syrup on top. Also, I like more of an "eggy" taste to my waffles.

Extra Extra Rich Brownies

very cocoa-y and crumbly. I made sure not to over-cook them, but they are so soft they fall apart. If you like a lot of cocoa taste, you'll like them. I didn't use the icing because I felt that would be way too much cocoa flavor. I really only tried this recipe because I wanted brownies and I had a can of evaporated milk to use up. I think I'll stick to my nestle brownie recipe from now on.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are good. Mine turned out almost too soft and chewy, though. I used M&Ms instead of chocolate chips (because I had a big bag I wanted to get rid of) and I didn't use any kind of nuts. They tasted pretty salty too. Maybe my butter was a bit to soft or something, but mine were kind of flat and falling apart. I followed the recipe exactly other than my two alterations. Any ideas?
