We had these waffles this morning, probably the best waffles I've made in the years I've been making them. Definitely and emphatically a keeper! I personally liked the subtle sourdough like taste of them. I couldn't give these enough stars!

Indian Tomato Chicken

I felt this dish was very bland compared to other Indian dishes I've made in the past. I would certainly "doctor it up" by adding cayenne pepper to the dish to give it more heat.

Vickie's Beer Bread

I've tried several different "beer bread" recipes and I always come back to this one. Very nice and we've been using this particular one for years now. Extremely easy with very little ingredients. Definitely fits the bill!

Chicken Piccata I

I love this recipe. It tastes soooo good!! I make it about every week because our family loves it so. As side dishes I usually serve this chicken dish with pasta with pasta sauce and a salad. YUMMMMM!

Stout Steak

This was a fantastic recipe for steak. The steaks came out wonderfully (we used Porterhouse). The taste of the stout gave it an interesting and great taste, we will definitely be using this recipe again!
