Baked Mushroom Thighs

This was quite an easy recipe, but lacked the flavour I thought it would have. Next time I might also add fresh cooked mushrooms to boost the flavour.

Mango and Mixed Fruit Cake

I found I had to alter my Flour measure ( I think due to metric conversion) however, I have made this time and time again with excellent reviews all round. Thanks for a great low fat cake!!

Cranberry Rice Pilaf

Mine turned out quite moist, I may have gotten the liquid conversion wrong. I also found it to be far too sweet for a savory dish. My 2 young girls LOVED it.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

This one is definately a keeper. I think it's "the Bite" that the romano has that really kick starts this pasta dish. I added a fraction more liquid to the sauce (personal preference) FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Peanut Butter Cups

These are so Delicious! The only thing I did different was to chill each layer prior to adding the next. I also used non-stick mini paper toffee pans. I couldn't believe how easy these were to make (and cheap) as trying to by them is Australia, they are rare and costly. Well done!

Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie

I was very impressed on how relatively easy this recipe was. Very yummy! I used my own crust base using wholemeal flour which gave the pie an added texture. Well done. I will definately be making this one again and again
