Chocolate Tres Leches Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
All I need say is....YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY!!!!! Don't let the cake cool before you poke holes & pour mixture over top and you won't have a problem with it not soaking in. Try using a straw to poke your holes and then blow the cake pieces out into a cup periodically.

As easy as this recipe is you wouldn't think it would be so good! The chicken was so moist and had a great taste. Will definitely make again.

Appalachian Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
This is a great recipe and it may sound crazy but the only thing that makes it better is ranch dressing. I actually used more mayo than it called for (mayo w/ olive oil) and added about a third ranch dressing to the mayo with a little sugar to tone the tartness down a little and SCRUMPTIOUS!!

Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2012
This is the first time I have made a gumbo much less a roux and I was a little intimidated. I had some great gumbo in Texas and have wanted to take a stab at it for a long time. You HAVE to make this, it is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! It was time consuming, but SO worth the effort. Thanks for the Great Recipe.
