Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Like many others, I had to try this after the mixed reviews. It didn't taste exactly like thai food but was still good.

Pork Chop and Feta Skillet

Very good! I made with only 2 chops but kept other measurements the same. I don't think it would have as much flavor if I had used 4.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

This was good. I used turkey instead of beef though and I did add a little more garlic powder than it called for. My kids really liked it.

Greek Veggie Salad II

Way too much vinager and I reduced the amount by 1/2 cup. Still didn't help... I couldn't even finish the salad and couldn't taste any of the other ingredients! Will never make this again.

Very good and easy! I used fewer thighs but kept the same amount of sauce to put on rice and veggies. Also I didn't realize I was almost out of white sugar so I used half white and half brown sugar. With 3 children under 4 years old I didn't have time to go back every 10 minutes so I poured the sauce over it and baked about 35 minutes.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

5 stars with modifications... first of all I used thighs instead of breasts and couldn't find the salsa's so used regular salsa and green taco sauce. Great for people who have kids and don't want it to be too spicy as some others have said. I didn't cover with foil and the sour cream mixture looked brownish like tuna. Didn't look very appetizing but tasted delicious. Next time I will cover it!

Spinach and Potato Frittata

This was so good! I did it almost exactly like the original recipe except I took some others advice and put it under the broiler for a couple minutes at the end. I made two mini frittatas since I knew my husband would not want to add tomatoes in his but I did. I'll make this one again and again!

Bahama-Mama Pork Chops

Do not do this recipe in a crock pot.... I thought it would be ok since I was in a rush but was going to be gone all day. The smell was amazing when I returned home but the chops were dry (even though they'd been in the juice all day) and I think the flavor was lacking something. Maybe some salt? I might try this the way it's written and change my rating but until then...

Cheesy Pork Chops with Spicy Apples

This was very good but I changed up a few things. First of all I didn't have time or weather to fire up the grill and wanted a easy clean up dish so I added all the ingredients (minus the cheese) to a pan on stovetop. Browned the chops and then baked in the oven and it came out great! Next time will try grill though... maybe that will push me to a five star dish!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Delicious! The sauce was the best but I did make a few changes. I was crunched for time so just threw the chops, seasonings etc... in the slow cooker without drenching in flour or browning. Later when I made the sauce I just added a little more flour. Didn't really think that extra step was needed.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

I wasn't too sure I was going to like this but the flavors blended perfectly. One of the best pork chop recipes I've ever tasted. My husband said he could have done without the pecans but I disagree. As another user said, the key is to not cook the honey pecan mixture too long. Mine didn't get hard like candy at all. Oh, and I didn't have a lot of drippings in the pan so I added a little extra melted butter.
