Never had P.F. Chang's, but heard a lot about them, so thought I'd give it a whirl! Didn't have sesame oil, so just used 2 tsp. canola & added toasted sesame seeds. Also subbed ground ginger. Used 99% lean ground turkey & put in the food processor to finely grind (after cooked & cooled). Also chopped onions, water chestnuts, & green onions in food processor to save time. Added a little extra hoisin & soy (mostly bc I had a little extra meat). Tasty by itself--can't wait till dinner in bibb lettuce!
