Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, learned to cook ethnic food, although Jewish, I don't do the Jewish food thing all that well. Live in South Florida, my wife is an artist, 3 sons, 1 a police officer, 1 a financial planner and the youngest a US Marine, Oh we share our house with a Jack Russell terrior. I am Financial Gerontologist, and boxing referee.

Shellfish, fresh fish, veal, lamb and chicken. I love to cook using a 10 qt. Lodge Dutch oven.
