I can't believe how easy and tasty this was! Who knew you could throw frozen chicken in the crock pot and it would make delicious shredded chicken! Wow!

Wow! I could sell this stuff. It's perfect. Just like Auntie Anne's Pretzel place lemonade. It's really pretty when you place lemon pieces in it.

Baked Pork Chops I

I followed the recipe but added a dash of cayenne pepper and nutmeg for a kick. The pork chops were crispy after frying them in the pan and then got soggy after baking them. I did not pour the gravy over the chops but kept it separate. Next time I will skip the baking and just fry them longer until cooked and then serve the gravy on the side again. Great gravy!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This fruit salsa won ooohs and aahs from guests. Make sure to bake the tortillas enough or they will be chewy instead of crunchy. The tortilla chips alone are an addictive healthy snack.

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

My husband and I loved this recipe! I had forgotten to reserve the 1/3 sauce so I just dumped the marinade in the baking dish with the tenderloins and basted them throughout the cooking time. It was so moist and delicious with a wonderful flavor.
