the cake itself was great, i messed up on the kirsh(couldnt find it @ stores), so i bought chocolate liquer. i didnt like the top frosting, so i changed it to buttercream. it was ok, the forsting i used from here was too sweet. too much work otherwise. wont make again.

Seven Layer Salad

first time making this, and it turned out great! i made it for a party and everyone loved it! made a couple of changes tho. i had broccolli, no onions, and for the dressing, added alittle white vinerger, & milk. great, definitly make again.

OMG! this was great!, make sure you eat it hot tho, when it sits, the middle turns into regular ckae, still good tho. i put alittle less butter tho, and it was perfect!

By far,the BEST cheesecake i have ever made!i was being greedy and tasted it alittle bit warm, and the first word that came out was,"oh dear god"! it was soooo rich! now i can't (but will) wait till it gets fully chilled!

Funnel Cakes IV

this was pretty good...despite i didn't have baking soda and granulated sugar. so instead, i used confectioners(? can't spell right)sugar. still pretty good. the batter was too thick to go through a funnel so i used a plastic bag and cut the tip. my first one i burned it tho, but the second & third turned out fine.

Sweet Potato Pie III

i was looking for a pumkin pie recipe and my chef just told me to change the sweet potato to pumkin. i did that, but it was missing sugar. so i added about 1 cup of sugar and about 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. and wha~lah! it was great. you can make the sweet potato by just switching it to sweet potatos.mines was great, but it wasn't sweet potato pie.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

OH My Gosh! this cake was SOOOOO SOOOOO Awsome! i had my doubts, but one bite quickly changed that! it was soo easy to make! i had my family taste it, and they are officially hooked! I even gave it a taste test with some of my friends. The result... they LOVED it!
