Dinner tonight was fantastic! I love my crockpot! I made a super easy pot roast and some from scratch sweet rolls. I found the roll recipe here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Sweet-Dinner-Rolls/Detail.aspx?prop31=5 and used the first review to make it without a bread machine. They came out great… MORE

Banana Crumb Muffins
These are AMAZING! I made them exactly as written. I actually hide bananas so they'll get over ripe and I can make these muffins! YUM!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
We LOVED this! Everyone gobbled it up! I threw my chicken in the crockpot with some chicken broth for most of the day, took it out and shredded it. Made the onion mixture in a skillet with some of the broth. Threw everything back in the crockpot (remove the extra broth first), with the cup of the soup mixture. I left out the green onions because I didn't have any, and used green enchilada sauce. YUM!
