Baked Potato Casserole

I made this for Christmas dinnner to go with ham. I left out the bacon and it was delicious. It would definitely be great with the bacon. This is a keeper.

I made this for a retirement luncheon at work and it was a huge hit. I made it in a 9x13 inch pan, used 16 ounces of cheese for the filling and another 8 ounces foer the top. I also used enchiladas sauce instead on tomato sauce. Everyone wanted the recipe. Yummy!! I will be making again!!!

Beef or Chicken Marinade

YUMMY!! I followed the directions exactly and blended it with my stick blender. That gave it a nice thick consistency and it stuck to the meat well during marinating. I used it on flapp meat and it was delicious. I will definitely make this again and again - looking forward to trying it on chicken. Thank you for this keeper!!!

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Wow - this cake was so easy to make and supper yummy! I made it for an office birthday and it was a huge hit. I put Satiny Chocolate Glaze on top. I have made this a few times since then and always with wonderful compliments. Thank you for sharing!!
